Job Summary
The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational activities of the organization and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments. The role includes operational planning, team coordination, quality control, customer satisfaction, and achieving organizational goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor operational performance and improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads for effective execution of operational activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational budgets.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in operations management.
- Experience in hospitality, amusement parks, resorts, or tourism industry will be preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-department operations.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
