Process – Healthcare Insurance Survey
Location: Tollygunge
Working Hours:
- 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (night shift)
- Fixed weekly off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys in the healthcare insurance sector.
- Make outbound calls to validate customer information.
- Interact with customers professionally and address basic queries.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and survey responses.
- Follow company guidelines and compliance requirements during customer communication.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a night shift.
- Sales-oriented approach with convincing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.69 - ₹50,000.24 per month
