- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, VRV/VRF AC systems, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, STP/WTP, DG sets, pumps, elevators, and utility services.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and AMC schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, villas, spa, restaurant, kitchen, and public areas.
- Coordinate renovation, repair, and improvement projects.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, inventory, and spare parts.
- Prepare maintenance budgets, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Ensure minimal downtime of all engineering systems.
- Be available for emergency maintenance and breakdown support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
