- Ensure continuous and smooth operation of pumps, blowers, filters, membranes, and dosing systems.
- Start-up and shutdown of plant equipment as per SOP.
- Maintain treated water quality as per PCB / client norms.
- Record daily operational parameters and log sheets.
- Attend minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Identify faults in pumps, valves, panels, membranes, and pipelines.
- Coordinate with service engineers for major breakdowns.
- Maintain cleanliness of plant area, tanks, and equipment.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical panels, and instruments
