- Ensure excellent guest service and high customer satisfaction.
- Supervise floor operations and maintain smooth service during shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Achieve daily sales targets and promote upselling.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage shift scheduling.
- Ensure cash handling, billing accuracy, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and operational readiness of the restaurant.
- Assist in meeting revenue, cost, and profitability targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
