Job Overview
We are seeking an HR MBA graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in non-tech hiring. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various organizational levels, as well as handling day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, is fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi, and is comfortable working out of our office in Koramangala daily.
What we are looking for in the candidate:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Kannada and English(both verbal and written).
- Well organized, Punctual, Detail Oriented approach
- Comfortable with technology & usage of scheduling & communication tools (MS Office)
- Experience as a Recruiter for 1-4 years
- Education: MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
- Key Traits: * Highly tenacious with a relentless drive to close open positions.
- Skilled at managing relationships with stakeholders across the board
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse non-technical roles across different seniority levels.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future business needs.
2. HR Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with department heads and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee queries.
- Ensure smooth coordination and high-touch follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
