Position:
Business Development Manager – KYC Compliance, Current Account Opening & Credit Card Cross-Selling
Location:
Chennai (Nearby candidate location branch will be allocated)
Eligibility:
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services (KYC, Current Account opening, Credit Card sales)
- Graduate degree (any discipline)
- Candidates must be based in or near Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development through acquisition of new current accounts
- Ensure KYC compliance and documentation accuracy during account opening
- Cross-sell credit cards and other banking products to existing and new customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of banking products (Current Accounts, Credit Cards)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage compliance requirements with attention to detail
- Sales-driven mindset with proven track record of achieving targets
- Negotiation and customer handling skills
