We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with experience in international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and outbound campaigns, along with a clear understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate high-quality leads for international markets (primarily US/Europe).
- Understand and define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for targeted outreach.
- Build and manage prospect databases using various tools and platforms.
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion strategies.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–10 years of experience in international B2B lead generation.
- Strong understanding of ICP, buyer personas, and decision-maker targeting.
- Experience in cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and database building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Ability to work in night shifts (US process).
- Strong research and analytical skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Email open & response rates
- Conversion rate (Lead to opportunity)
- Database accuracy and enrichment quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK markets).
- Knowledge of sales funnel and lead lifecycle.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach campaigns.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,615.04 per month
Work Location: In person
