About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Academic Counselor – Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students and parents, understanding their educational needs, explaining suitable courses, and assisting them throughout the admission process. This is a good opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in education, communication, counseling, and student support.
Responsibilities
- Handle assigned leads and respond to student inquiries.
- Communicate with prospective students through calls and messages.
- Understand students' interests, career goals, and course requirements.
- Explain course details, eligibility, duration, and other relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with interested students and guide them through the admission process.
- Assist the team in generating leads through references and outreach.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admission team when required.
- Provide a friendly and professional experience to prospective students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree – Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn about courses and the admission process.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic organizational and follow-up skills.
