Lead Generation & Sales: Initiate outbound calls to high-priority prospects, pitch premium products/services, and close deals.Mentorship & Training: Guide junior telecallers, assist with difficult objections, and help new hires understand company scripts and sales strategies.Customer Relationship Management: Manage and update the company’s CRM system to track call logs, follow-ups, and lead status.Escalation Management: Handle high-level customer complaints or difficult inquiries that junior staff are unable to resolve.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team-based KPIs, such as conversion rates and call volume.Market Feedback: Analyze customer responses and share actionable feedback with the sales or marketing departments to improve future campaigns.
