- Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and employee onboarding
- ESI & PF enrollment, documentation, and monthly compliance
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate effectively with field staff, supervisors, and management
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Support statutory compliance and HR operations
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company HR policies
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ESI, PF, and labour laws
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HRMS/ERP systems is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience
