- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support teams for efficient patient care delivery.
- Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, billing, and service turnaround time to enhance patient experience.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve patient complaints or escalations in a timely manner.
- Support the Centre Manager in achieving monthly revenue, operational, and patient satisfaction targets.
- Track OPD footfall, diagnostics conversion, service utilization, and prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Supervise administrative and support staff, maintain duty rosters, and monitor attendance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and internal quality protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep of clinic infrastructure and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical and non-medical supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in organizing health camps, community outreach activities, and local marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, documentation, and record maintenance within the clinic.
- Conduct staff training, performance monitoring, and encourage a positive and disciplined work environment.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
