Production
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of Company’s network security hardware products. This role ensures that manufacturing processes run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electronics manufacturing, and experience managing production teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities for hardware products.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Ensure timely delivery from PCB partners/SI’s
- Enforce strict quality check and compliance for all components and sub-systems sourced from partners
- Ensure high quality of delivered products with comprehensive functional and non-functional validation before shipping
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality benchmarks.
- Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure production schedules align with customer requirements and company goals.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve product outcomes.
- Track KPIs (output, efficiency, defect rates, downtime) and present regular updates to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Atleast 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or hardware production management.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, testing, and electronic product lifecycle.
- Proven track record in managing production teams and delivering projects on time.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with ISO standards and lean manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
- Full-time, on-site role in a manufacturing facility.
- Requires hands-on involvement on the production floor.
- Occasional travel to suppliers or partner facilities may be required.
