- Handle end-to-end recruitment for 6–7 properties
- Plan and fulfill outlet-wise manpower requirements
- Focus on bulk hiring, local candidates & immediate joiners
- Maintain a central hiring tracker for all outlets
- Process monthly payroll for all properties
- Monitor attendance, OT, advances & deductions
- Control salary cost as per budget
- Manage increments & final settlements
- Ensure smooth onboarding, compliance & employee coordination
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
