What's in it for you?
The Senior Specialist in this position will ensure workplace services within the M365 and Global Workplace Services organization meet business needs. Will also design, build, optimize, and maintain secure, efficient Windows client services using defined standards and policies in a cost-effective manner And provide expert support for the SCCM platform, including Windows client management, compliance, deployment/provisioning, patching, and software distribution. Lastly, act as a key contributor to global initiatives, primarily focused on Intune technologies

Making an impact. What will you do?
- You will be managing SCCM/MECM infrastructure, OSD, task sequences, collections, feature updates, compliance, and L3 support.
- Designing and maintaining Windows 10/11 client standards, images, lifecycle management, and Evergreen strategy.
- You will also lead hardware, driver, firmware, and Windows upgrade management.
- Developing and automating solutions using PowerShell.
- Also, create compliance reports, deployment documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Lastly, support global projects, major incidents, and on-call rotations.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- A degree or equivalent from a reputed institute, Formal training and/ or certification in Intune / Modern Desktop, SCCM & Microsoft Technologies

5-10 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies. Good technical knowledge in the Intune /MECM Infrastructure
- Experience working in a global or distributed team (preferred, not mandatory). And strong English communication skills

Expertise and technical proficiency in IT Workplace services (preferably Intune) and working experience in medium to large enterprise environments

Strong knowledge in Software Deployment– MSI / EXE packaging, Powershell deployments, Detection methods, Requirement rules

Device Configuration - Configuration Profiles, Administrative Templates, Settings Catalog, Custom OMA-URI Policies

Azure Virtual Desktop – management of, host pools, app groups, sessions hosts, image management, FSLogix

Windows Validation - OS Compatibility Testing, Application Readiness Testing, Driver Validation, Upgrade Validation
