Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Optometrist – Sales Executive to promote and sell optical products, provide eye care consultations, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for conducting basic eye examinations, recommending suitable eyewear, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary eye screenings and vision assessments.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate spectacles, lenses, contact lenses, and optical products.
- Assist customers in selecting frames based on their prescription, face shape, and preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain accurate patient and customer records.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of optical products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest optical products, lens technologies, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives based on sales performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
