Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to manage fabric and garment inventory for our online stores. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with the warehouse and online team, and ensuring timely stock updates across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory of fabrics, garments, sarees, and related products.
- Maintain accurate stock records for online and physical inventory.
- Update stock quantities, SKUs, product codes, sizes, colors, and variants.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, dispatch, and online sales teams.
- Monitor daily inward and outward stock movements.
- Ensure online stock availability is updated accurately to avoid overselling or stock-outs.
- Track damaged, defective, returned, and missing inventory.
- Reconcile physical stock with system/online inventory regularly.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports.
- Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and low-stock products.
- Coordinate stock replenishment with the concerned team.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock transfers and adjustments.
- Assist in inventory audits and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper tagging, SKU identification, and storage of garments and fabrics.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, textile, garment, or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Experience with fabric and garment inventory will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and inventory software.
- Understanding of SKUs, variants, stock reconciliation, inward/outward entries, and stock adjustments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple products and stock entries efficiently.
- Candidates from the textile, garment, or online/e-commerce industry will be preferred.

A smart, organized, and proactive person who can independently handle inventory and coordinate effectively between the warehouse and online store team.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
