Job Title: Sales Manager – Channel Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support and training.
- Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve revenue generation.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop channel partner programs, incentives, and engagement initiatives.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and channel opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and partner reviews.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple partners, and achieve targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
