Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products, including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, biscuits, and savory baked items.
- Develop new bakery products and seasonal menu items.
- Monitor baking processes, temperatures, and ingredient measurements.
- Decorate and finish baked products as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Minimize wastage and maintain cost-effective production.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
- Assist in training junior bakers and bakery assistants when required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
