Team & Stakeholder Leadership : Lead and coordinate business development activities across field sales, FAEs, and distributor partners — setting priorities, tracking execution, and holding teams accountable to pipeline milestones and revenue targets. (10%)
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather voice of customer, feedback, understand pain points, and refine product offerings. (20%)

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in business development role within the wireless semiconductors technology sectors.
Proven experience in competitive analysis and developing go to market strategies for new products
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Self-Driven Individual with an exceptional professional presence, good business acumen and knowledge to establish immediate credibility with customers, vendors/suppliers, employees and the management team.
Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in defining competitive positioning, value propositions, and messaging for key products and platforms.
Analyze product performance metrics (design-ins, revenue, share) and deliver forecasts and strategic insights to business leadership.
Represent the product line at key customer meetings, industry events, and internal strategy reviews.
