Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
- Monitor and maintain pumps, motors, generators, lighting systems, and water supply systems.
- Carry out routine inspections and identify faults.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MEP maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use maintenance tools.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
