- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' physical, psychological, and social health needs.
- Administer medications and treatments safely while ensuring compliance with medical prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential resident records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families regarding care needs and treatment plans.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide appropriate clinical interventions when required.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, comfort, and overall well-being.
- Implement and monitor infection prevention and control measures to ensure a safe environment.
- Supervise and support healthcare assistants and care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Participate in care reviews, risk assessments, safeguarding procedures, and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, healthcare policies, and best nursing practices.
- Advocate for residents' rights and contribute to maintaining a positive, resident-centered care environment.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹57,500.00 per month
