Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the hiring process. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about talent acquisition and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring status.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. (preferred).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA (HR) graduates or final-year students are preferred.
- 0–6 months of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers can also apply).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
