The role also involves developing a high-performing sales team through on-site coaching, field training, and performance monitoring to ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
2. On-Site Training & Development
- Deliver practical, hands-on training during field visits.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Demonstrate effective customer engagement in real-time sales situations.
- Evaluate field performance and provide constructive feedback with improvement plans.
3. Team Building & Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives and field staff.
- Build and maintain a motivated, high-performing sales team.
- Assign sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings to discuss achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
4. Market Analysis & Business Insights
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
