Your Mission: Provide legal expertise and support across real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and litigation matters, ensuring our projects are legally sound and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Mastery: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts—including lease agreements, purchase agreements, DA, JV and service contracts etc.
Compliance Guardian: Ensure all contracts meet legal standards and align with company policies.
Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on real estate laws, regulations, and case law to support strategic decisions.
Policy Development: Design and implement policies to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local real estate laws.
Due Diligence: Review title reports, zoning laws, environmental assessments, and other key documents.
Document Control: Maintain meticulous records of legal and compliance-related materials.
Strategic Advisor: Provide legal counsel to management and various departments on real estate operations.
Training & Guidance: Educate staff on legal matters to foster a well-informed, compliant workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with bar admission (or equivalent)
2–4 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate law within a law firm, real estate company, or corporate legal department
Strong understanding of real estate transactions, property law, land use, and regulatory compliance
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
