Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to manage front desk operations and handle day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage visitors and calls efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
- Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle courier services and incoming/outgoing documents
- Support administrative and office coordination activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist HR/Admin team with basic coordination tasks
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently
