Job Summary:
The Credit Control Executive is responsible for monitoring customer outstanding payments, following up for collections, maintaining debtor records, and supporting the company in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain customer account statements and aging reports.
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams regarding pending payments and billing issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and collection communications.
- Update payment details and collection status in the system.
- Escalate long pending or disputed cases to management.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
