We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just create content but knows how to shape it. This role is for a hands‑on creator who can shoot, edit, and think beyond trends — someone who understands storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Content creation: Shoot, edit, and produce engaging in‑house content end‑to‑end.
- Editing & storytelling: Use strong hooks, pacing, and narrative flow to maximize retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, influencer, and external partners.
- Systems & formats: Help build repeatable content formats and scalable processes.
- Skincare knowledge: Stay curious, understand products deeply, and reflect that in content.
What We’re Looking For
- Active content creator (Instagram, reels, UGC, etc.)
- Comfortable working in‑office, hands‑on with shooting and editing
- Ability to structure content beyond trends, aligned with brand voice
- Ownership mindset — proactive with ideas and execution

- You only want to manage or schedule content
- You’re not comfortable shooting or being directly involved in creation
Bonus Skills (not mandatory)
- Experience in social media management
- Interest in skincare science, ingredients, or formulations
Role Details
- Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (on‑site, mandatory)
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
