- Coordinate and assign deliveries to drivers.
- Track shipments and delivery status.
- Communicate with drivers and customers.
- Maintain dispatch records and reports.
- Resolve delivery delays and issues.
- Schedule routes for efficient operations.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
- Monitor driver attendance and performance.
- Follow company safety and transportation policies.
- Provide daily updates to management
