1. Create and maintain company quality procedures, specifications, and policies.
2. Identify, document, and track quality issues; work with teams to resolve root causes.
3. Recommend and implement changes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
