Job Summary
Toliday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Team Leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage, motivate, and achieve team targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity.
Assign tasks and provide regular guidance to team members.
Conduct training sessions and support team development.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure excellent service.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Drive team performance through regular feedback and coaching.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in the travel industry.
MBA / PGDM preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
