- Transcribe doctors’ dictations and handwritten notes into electronic format.
- Ensure accuracy in medical terminology, spelling, and formatting.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
- Edit and proofread medical documents for errors or inconsistencies.
- Manage and organize digital patient files and reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for report clarifications.
