The Relationship Manager will play a critical role at the intersection of Modern Off-Trade Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brand Experience. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales volume, market visibility, and premium brand positioning key accounts in specific location.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern off-trade accounts
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution depth
- Drive merchandising excellence and in-store execution in collaboration with Trade Marketing
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies
- Drive volume growth, market share, and brand presence
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize execution plans
- Brand Activation:
- Execute premium in-store activations, events, and consumer trials
- Align all initiatives with brand strategy and consumer insights
- Support development of POS materials and promotional campaigns
- Training & Education:
- Train retail staff and partners on brand storytelling and product knowledge
- Engage with promoters, influencers, and internal stakeholders to build brand advocacy
- Market Intelligence:
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
- Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports
- Deliver data-driven insights on sales, accounts, and consumer engagement
- Travel & Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings as required
- Strong interest in the alco-beverage and luxury brand segment
- 5–9 years of experience in Sales / Trade Marketing within Alcobev, F&B, Hospitality, or Luxury Lifestyle sectors
- Experience in Modern Trade / Premium Retail preferred
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for premium brands and customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (MBA preferred)
