Customer Support Executive – Kannada / Telugu Voice Process
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Office-based job)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for domestic voice process in Telugu and Kannada languages. This is a non-sales, office-based job where you will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information in your local language.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Attend inbound & outbound calls in Telugu / Kannada.
Understand customer issues and provide correct information.
Raise and escalate unresolved queries to senior team.
Maintain call logs and customer details in system.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines.
*Required Qualifications:*
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Languages: Kannada (for Kannada role).
Telugu (for Telugu role).
Basic English
Good communication and polite behaviour.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Work Timing & Schedule:
Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Sunday Fixed Off / Rotational Weekly Off.
Salary & Benefits:
₹13000– ₹15,500 per month (Based on experience + incentives).
