Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RMA Supervisor to manage product inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and daily RMA operations for small home appliances and kitchen appliances. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electronic product testing, PCBA troubleshooting, repair processes, team supervision, and SOP implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily RMA, testing, repair, and refurbishment activities.
- Analyze returned products and identify root causes of failures.
- Perform or oversee troubleshooting of PCBA, electrical, and electronic components.
- Ensure repaired products meet quality standards before release.
- Lead and supervise technicians and operators to achieve daily targets.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, quality standards, and repair procedures.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, QC, Procurement, and other departments regarding returned products and spare parts.
- Maintain repair records, failure reports, and inventory tracking.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- 3-8 years of experience in electronics repair, testing, production, service center, after-sales service, or RMA operations.
- Good knowledge of PCBA troubleshooting, soldering, debugging, and electronic components.
- Experience using Multimeter, Power Supply, and other testing equipment.
- Experience in team supervision or production/service center management.
- Good English communication skills.
- Familiarity with SOP-driven environments and quality processes.

Small Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Electronics Manufacturing, Service Centers, Medical Electronics, or Electrical Products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
