Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator with 3–8 years of experience in operating CNC Vertical Lathe (VTL) and CNC Milling machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine setup, operation, tool handling, and inspection of machined components while ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Vertical Lathe (VTL) and CNC Milling machines to manufacture precision components.
- Perform machine setup, loading/unloading of workpieces, and tool offset adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Monitor machining operations and make offset corrections to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Ensure components meet quality specifications and tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any machine abnormalities.
- Maintain proper documentation related to production and quality.
- Adhere to safety, 5S, and company quality standards
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,868.43 per month
