Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Design and update job descriptions, advertise openings across channels, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
- Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source candidates from professional platforms (e.g., social media, StackOverflow, Behance) and craft high-engagement recruiting emails for passive candidates.
- Screening & Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct phone/video/in-person interviews, and distribute/evaluate technical and logical reasoning assignments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs and provide them with curated shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Onboarding & Metrics: Manage the offer process, answer compensation/benefits queries, and act as a consultant to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source-of-hire to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in an HR Recruiter or similar talent acquisition role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Soft Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of employee referral programs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
