Job Title: PPC Executive / Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Experience: 1+ Year in PPC / Paid Advertising
Salary: Competitive (Best in Market + Hike on Current CTC)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute & optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis & bid strategy optimization
- Scale high-performing campaigns and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Track, analyze & report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Work on audience targeting, retargeting & conversion tracking
Required Skills:
- 1+ year experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display) & Meta Ads
- Understanding of campaign structure, funnels & ad creatives
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking & pixel setup
- Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI & lead generation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
