Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of connection for Institutions, who are exploring our learning programs. Your role is to understand their academic goals, provide clarity about our courses, and support them in taking the next step in their journey. Your success in this role will be reflected in how well you guide institutions and help them confidently enrol into the right program.
What You Will Do:
- Reach Out to Potential Institutions :Connect with interested institutions through phone calls, messages, and emails to understand their education needs.
- Explain Programs Clearly :Share accurate details about course structure, fees, learning outcomes, mentorship, and future opportunities.
- Track Your Progress :Maintain proper follow-ups, call notes, and institutions details in the CRM system.
- Work Towards Targets :Achieve monthly enrolment goals with consistent efforts and smart communication.
- Collaborate With Teams :Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure enrolled students transition smoothly into the program.
- Handle Questions & Concerns :Address doubts confidently and present suitable solutions that build trust
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (in any field).
- Experience in EdTech will be mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident tone.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
