Job Description:
We are looking for a Solar Project Execution Engineer to manage and execute solar installation projects, including government and pump-based solar systems. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, coordination, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute solar projects at site (rooftop & ground-mounted systems)
- Handle solar pump projects and government schemes
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure project completion within timeline and quality standards
- Maintain project reports and documentation
- Handle site issues and provide technical solutions
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy
- 1–5 years experience in solar project execution
- Knowledge of solar systems, panels, inverters, and installation process
- Experience in government solar projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
