Requirement: Bar Manager / Mixologist
We are looking for a highly energetic and experienced Bar Manager for a high-energy bar environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be an experienced Mixologist cum Bar Manager
- Should have experience working with reputed and well-known outlets/restaurants
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, bar operations, inventory, and team handling
- Excellent guest interaction and leadership skills
- Ability to handle high-volume operations and create an energetic bar atmosphere
- Professional attitude, creativity, and passion for beverages are a must
