Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and maintain high service standards.
- Build positive relationships with customers and promote a customer-first culture.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Customer Service Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills
