What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective candidates through outbound calls daily
- Present and explain international job opportunities clearly and convincingly
- Follow up on qualified leads from campaigns, referrals, and job portals
- Counsel, guide, and convert interested candidates into successful applicants
- Stay updated on global job markets, visa processes, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams (documentation, visa, placement) for smooth processing
- Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions efficiently
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets
Who You Are
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years experience in telesales, recruitment, immigration, visa processing, or consulting
- (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Fluent in Malayalam (Other languages is an added advantage)
- A natural communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Energetic, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Able to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated

Work Details
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Kottayam (Kerala)
