The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue, sponsorships, exhibitor participation, strategic partnerships and enterprise business opportunities, including initiatives such as OGT 2027.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for Enterprise Standard.
The role will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting sales meetings, pitching Enterprise Standard's offerings, closing sponsorships and exhibitor opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales, enterprise sales, event sponsorship, exhibition sales, partnership development or solution-selling experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Sales
- Identify companies that are suitable sponsors and exhibitors for Enterprise Standard events and platforms.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of potential sponsors, exhibitors and partners.
- Pitch sponsorship packages, exhibition opportunities and customized partnership solutions.
- Understand each prospect's business objectives and recommend relevant opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups and move prospects through the complete sales funnel.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
2. B2B & Enterprise Sales
- Identify and approach CXOs, founders, marketing leaders, business heads and other decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Develop customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Build relationships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
3. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research target companies, industries and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain qualified prospect databases.
- Generate leads through:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn outreach
- WhatsApp follow-ups
- Networking
- Events and conferences
- Referrals and partnerships
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
4. Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline.
- Track every prospect from:
Lead → Qualified Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Won / Lost
- Regularly update CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, proposals and next actions.
- Ensure no qualified opportunity is missed.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client objectives, challenges and growth plans.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure excellent communication before and after the sale.
- Support account retention and repeat business.
6. Revenue & Target Achievement
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving assigned targets related to:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, event/exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, media sales, or solution selling.
- Preferred Experience: Experience dealing with CXOs, founders, business heads, marketing heads, procurement teams, or senior decision-makers.
- Sales Capability: Proven ability to generate leads, conduct meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close business independently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Target Orientation: Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
- Prospecting: Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking and direct prospecting.
- Technology: Working knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, email and sales productivity tools.
- Market Understanding: Ability to understand enterprise business challenges and present relevant solutions, sponsorships and partnership opportunities.
- Location: Hyderabad preferred, with flexibility for client meetings, networking and business events.
- Language: Strong English communication required; knowledge of Telugu/Hindi will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
