We are looking for a Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our design studio, ensure smooth workflow, coordinate between teams, and make sure all project submissions are delivered on time with high quality.
Experience Required: 2–5 years in Design/Architecture/Project Coordination
This role requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, and leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow and Project Management
- Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Assign tasks to the design, visualization, and drafting teams.
- Track daily progress and ensure timely submissions.
2. Team Coordination
- Act as the communication link between:
- Design Teams
- Client Coordinators
- Sales Team
- Estimation Team
- Project Execution Team
- Schedule and manage internal & client meetings.
3. Daily Studio Operations
- Conduct daily morning task planning and evening review meetings.
- Ensure task updates and project stages are logged in ERP/software.
- Maintain discipline, attendance tracking, and leave handover process.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and organize digital and physical project files.
- Record meeting minutes and share them with the respective teams.
- Update client groups & reports on project progress.
JOB ROLES

* Prepare project schedules and assign tasks to Core / Mantle / Crust teams

3. Daily Operations Control
* Take daily morning task updates
* Conduct 5:45 PM review and follow up remaining tasks
* Ensure ERP task completion and task logging is done correctly
4. Project Documentation
* Maintain digital & physical project files
* Keep updated: layouts, renders, BOQs, minutes, approvals
* Maintain project-wise submission index / checklist
5. Client Communication Support
* Share meeting minutes on time
* Update client groups with submission status
* Arrange presentation schedules and online reviews
6. Quality Process Compliance
* Ensure teams follow the Stage 1 to Stage 5 workflow
* Ensure leave handover process is done before anyone is on leave
* Maintain attendance & discipline coordination with HR
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/ Bachelor’s degree (Architecture / Interior Design / Management preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in design coordination / studio management / project management
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Strong organization and follow-up ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
(Working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is an added advantage, but not mandatory)
