Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure accurate stock keeping and inventory management.
- Prepare and maintain daily stock reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Purchase departments for material requirements.
- Monitor material availability to avoid shortages and production delays.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of materials in the store.
- Ensure proper handling of GRN, challans, invoices, and other store-related documents.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures.
- Update inventory records in system/software on a regular basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Store/Inventory Management in manufacturing or production industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle store operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of stock audit and material handling will be an added advantage.
Experience Required:
1–3 Years preferred in Store Operations / Inventory Management.
Salary:
Negotiable as per experience and interview performance.
Reporting To:
Store Manager / Operations Head.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
