The Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive at Hindustan Fasteners plays a critical role in driving efficient and timely manufacturing operations by strategically planning, scheduling, and overseeing end-to-end production activities. The position involves developing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with customer demand and delivery commitments, while ensuring seamless coordination with procurement, stores, and shop floor teams for uninterrupted material flow and execution across key processes such as forging, threading, heat treatment, and finishing. The executive is responsible for monitoring work-in-progress, inventory levels, and machine capacity to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and eliminate bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving. Additionally, the role requires maintaining detailed MIS reports, analyzing production performance metrics, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and on-time delivery, thereby supporting the company’s overall operational and business objectives.
