- Conduct field visits to colleges, training institutes, job fairs, and consultancy offices for candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate campus drives, walk-in interviews, and bulk hiring activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with placement cells, consultants, and local networks.
- Collect candidate data and maintain proper records in the recruitment database.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
- Promote employer branding during field activities and events.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and bulk hiring roles.
- Share regular reports on field activities, candidate pipeline, and hiring status.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
