Core Responsibilities
- Billing & Certification: Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and contractor/subcontractor invoices based on site progress.
- Measurement & Quantity Surveying: Cross-verify site measurements with actual execution, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Contract Management: Assist in evaluating extra items, deviations, and variations. Interpret contract terms and conditions.
- Cost Reconciliation: Reconcile materials (e.g., steel, cement) and monitor budget-versus-actual consumption.
- Rate Analysis: Analyze and validate rates for non-BOQ or extra work items.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed measurement books (MB), prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and generate billing MIS reports.
- Coordination: Liaise between site execution teams, project managers, contracts departments, and finance/accounts teams for timely clearance and payment.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Typically 2 to 6+ years in real estate or construction (especially residential high-rises or commercial complexes).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Quantity Surveying (QS) software, and knowledge of CPWD/IS standards.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, strong negotiation and communication abilities, and analytical problem-solving.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
