- drives B2B client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by selling digital marketing and catalogue solutions. Operating as an individual contributor, the role involves generating leads, conducting daily in-person or telephonic meetings, closing sales, and ensuring timely payment collections.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Generate leads from company-provided databases, identify key decision-makers, and initiate the sales process
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling in-person or virtual presentations to showcase how IndiaMART’s platform and digital solutions add value to a client's business.
- Client Servicing & Account Management: Build productive relationships with clients, accurately map their products/services in their e-catalogs, and ensure they derive value from the platform.
- Revenue Generation & Up-selling: Achieve fortnightly and monthly targets for acquiring new clients, renewing existing subscriptions, and up-selling/cross-selling premium services.
- Payment Collection & Closure: Systematically follow up with clients to ensure time-bound closures and timely collection of payments according to company terms.
- Customer Support: Act as the interface between the customer and internal support teams to resolve queries and complaints promptly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
